1. Cure Korea- they are a very well oiled machine, a power house. They have basically already signed every pharmacy, convenience store, service station in SKorea and also lining them up in Japan. Once the product is approved by the Japanese FDA( which they are doing as I write this) they already have the stores waiting for shipment. Remember, the owner of CK is very famous in S Korea and has a ton of connections, also the company Cure Korea was formed on the sole basis to distribute Hangover Joes! They are extremely focused on one thing and one thing only, to get HJOE's into every Asian household on the planet. On top of all this, CK is in the process of signing a contract with the SKorean government to sell the product on every base and military store in SKorea, this alone is gigantic! When you have the actual government on board it speaks volumes to the people. Not to mention every single male has to serve 2 years in the military from 18-20 yrs old. This product is going to be ingrained into every single male in all of SKorea at a young age for centuries to come. Mark my words, Cure Korea is going to smash all of our expectations and then some!
2. Dealerships- SMS, if I am correct added about 40 dealers and then got the boot by HJOE. I believe SMS was just throwing crap at the wall and seeing what would stick. They didn't care who it was or if the person could even sell at all. If the person could get the loan, then they sold them a franchise( I'm not putting down any of our current dealers, I know we have some fantastic ones out there that have been doing a tremendous job, such as Sextone and others). This is not a good way to build a ground army that is going to be the heart and soul of the company. From what I understand HJOE management has taken over selling the dealerships themselves. They have a fantastic vetting process in place and I believe will only bring on the best and brightest to sell these dealerships to. People they know will be able to go out and sell the heck out of HJOE products and really put a dent in these markets. That alone will really speed up the process of getting the products into thousands of more stores, but also, Hjoe now is able to keep all the money from the dealership fees. They were only making pennies on each dealership when SMS was selling them.
3.It looks like the beef jerky has been a huge success to say the least. From what im reading, it is consistently outselling the number 1 selling brand in the world by 3 bags to 1(in the stores that it is currently in). Jack Links sells over a billion a year in beef jerky. I have personally tried them all and I can tell you HJOE jerky is the best on the market bar none. Nothing else even comes close! It looks like the jerky is already selling a ton and it keeps picking up steam. HJOE management has said more than once that something huge is coming within the next 60-90 days regarding the jerky. I can just imagine what this will be, but whatever it is, if HJOE says it's going to be big, then I bet it's going to be very big and it's going add a lot to the bottom line financials.
4. Happy Jacks- I have to say from the first time I heard what this was about, alI could think of was the word brilliant! ( the dealerships are being sold under this name also), but I'm talking about the Happy Jacks jerky for the school fundraising. This is an absolutely brilliant idea! School fundraising is a 4 billion a year business in the United States. There are well over 100 thousand schools across the country. Schools will jump at the chance to fundraise with a product that is very healthy and something everyone loves, jerky. I can't think of a better way to get Hjoe jerky in front of millions of people to try for the first time and get them hooked. Not to mention the fundraisers will be an annual thing and could have the potential to bring in tens of millions of dollars a year in revenue for HJOE. I have 3 kids and whenever they are part of their school fundraiser, I buy whatever they are selling even if I don't want to, just to help them. This whole new sector HJOE is going into has absolutely huge potential for HJOE and for us shareholders.
5. Lastly, we still have Japan, China, Europe amongst other things to look forward to. I believe a year from now when we start trading again( just my guess) and HJOE is truly hitting its stride and running on all cylinders, we may be shocked with the amount of revenue that is going to be reported. I think HJOE management deserves alot of credit for what they have done considering all of the obstacles they have had to overcome. They appear to be very forward thinking, cutting edge and always one step ahead of the game. I 100% trust their decisions and where they are bringing us, which in the end, is going to be the glory land.
