No One said Kyle pays to work for this POS, so I have no idea what you are trying to convey. Nor does the SEC scrutinize SFRX and other penny stocks as you claimed. They don't have the resources. That is a FACT.
Kyle gets health insurance, phone, and some sort of per diem, as well as fuel and mileage. The per deim and the auto expense was not disclosed.
The filing said he traveled extensively across Florida to the dive sites. Travel and entertainment is $1200 a week. $200K for (ahem) administrative cost is rather steep if you ask me. Especially for a company that can NOT file timely reports as REQUIRED by the permits.
You can say Kyle doesn't take a salary, that's fine, but he's obviously compensated, whether you can read the filings or not.
