Respectfully, if they have an "Angel Investor" it may limit the usefulness to some degree of us retail investors.

I'm sure some of the shareholders emotional statements have offended the folks that are working hard to make NTEK a success.

Yes, the money we have invested has helped keep the company afloat until an opportunity for non-toxic financing came along.

Lets be honest..... we didn't do it out of the kindness our hearts.

We did it to make money........

On the plus side, it also almost completely negates any fiscal effects on the company by a share price manipulated by MM and the Hedge Fund cronies.

They can't short the company into oblivion anymore, which is good.

However, the bad guys can still play with our investment dollars if we are not careful.

So, IMO if you are buying shares in the company you are still investing in the success of the company.

Eventually, if the company management is able to execute, generate revenue and move to profitability the market cap will reflect it and the share price will reflect it and we will all make money.

So, I'm not offended by the IR statement, since myself and the company never had any kind of emotional, loving relationship , though I do love the tech involved and the concept.

All they need to to is keep working and successfully make me some money.

I think that is exactly what they are trying to do....
