I wonder, notwithstanding McCain's reported 'brain issues', if he wasn't in part sticking the shiv in first by voting to let the bill proceed to a vote, and then recalling trump's fondness for veterans not captured during war, wielding the shiv personally and with vigor with a demonstrative 'thumbs down' and his NO vote?
