Managing Partner / Founder
Mr. Wu is the founder of KCCW Certified Public Accountants. Throughout his accounting profession, Mr. Wu has established sound reputation in Southern California in providing quality and timely services to a broad spectrum of our clients. Prior to starting KCCW, he was an audit managing partner at a U.S. regional Certified Public Accountant firm, also registered with PCAOB. Mr. Wu served at the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Los Angeles, one of the Big 4? international accounting firms, where he oversaw various projects of the SEC Form 10-K and 10-Q filings and Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 internal control implementation and compliance engagements for U.S. SEC registrants.
In addition to his experience in U.S. publicly traded entities, Mr. Wu also gained extensive experience in financial statement audit and reviews of non-public enterprises, including U.S. subsidiaries of publicly traded companies listed at Taiwan Stock Exchange. His other professional experience includes a full complement of accounting, budgeting, taxation, internal control, and public company reporting functions. He has comprehensive expertise in manufacturing, consumer business, construction, and high-tech industries.
Mr. Wu received a Master's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York, with a major in accounting. He graduated from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan with a Bachelor's degree majored in Business Administration. Mr. Wu is a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs.
Thomas Chang, CPA, CGMA, MACC

Mr. Chang was a former audit partner at a U.S. regional Certified Public Accountant firm prior to joining KCCW. He was a Vice President of Enterprise Risk Assessment at Countrywide Financial Corporation, formerly the largest mortgage bank in the U.S., where he analyzed sophisticated technical accounting issues and identified risks associated with mortgage servicing rights, retained interests, securitizations, and loan loss reserves.
Mr. Chang accumulated considerable experience in complex technical accounting topics when he served at the audit practice of KPMG LLP in Los Angeles. He specialized in financial statement audits and reviews of Form 10-K and 10-Q for SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 audits, HUD and USAP audits and other assurance services with industry expertise in financial services. Mr. Chang started his career with the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Taipei, Taiwan, and was substantially involved in auditing publicly traded companies listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange within various industries, including financial services, manufacturing, broker-dealer, hotel, construction, and high-tech.
Mr. Chang received a Master of Accounting degree from the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He graduated with School Honor from National Taipei University, Taiwan, with a Bachelor's degree majored in Accounting. Mr. Chang is a member of the AICPA, California Society of CPAs, and the American Bankers Association.
