There is a fine line to walk here...
It is a fact that this is a company-friendly board. The "Terms, and Conditions"

spell out plainly what is and what is not allowed to be posted on this board.
Bashers can be called out, as they are not protected (as they are in I Hub) and by posting their obvious negativity, in violation of the very "Terms and Conditions" plainly posted:
Contributions (pay attention bashers) must not:
- contain any material which is defamatory of any person. (This includes company officials. This is not I Hub, who allows this deplorable tactic).
- be likely to deceive any person.
- be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety. (Pay attention to the " NEEDLESS ANXIETY part ).
- be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
Here is another topic to pay attention to:
participating in spam attacks by many users working together on the "Investors Hangout" Boards or planning a spam attack on the "Investors Hangout" Message Boards is unacceptable
and the favorite...
- No trolling (posting an obviously negative post/thread to elicit an angry response).
and
- Be respectful and polite to other message board members.
How about those who like to post quotes to i hub (ricanich pay attention):
- No posting links to other sites without details about the link.
Now... this may be a problem... I Hub does not permit the visible link. They delete posts with the link directing viewers to this site, so by posting quotes from this site, without the directing link to this site, one is in violation of TOS and can be removed.
(Think about this...)
Now, in closing...
Do not call the bashers names like "Morons", "Idiots" "Miscreants" etc.
They may be, but name calling is not allowed in the TOS. Bashers are bashers, and that is allowed, but the bashing is not...
How's that for a "Catch 22"?
