The company you bash has multiple products of its own making, has won a real lawsuit (not a liars poker lawsuit), has cash in the bank, has IP assets, is on the way to winning another lawsuit against a Fortune 20 company, has revenues, has management and employees, an office, a warehouse and a phone number, and a buy out offer.
