Pussim... go have a joint man. I'm not going to get into a arguement about who knows what or what realevent experience each brings to provide substance to the table.. I've work in this field for more than a decade and I know how to double and triple business just by managing the perception of my operations to the community. I have worked with brilliant people who are experts in their field but as you can imagine they have been so focused on their scope they really need a generalist who knows a little about a lot and specializes in audiences. OWCP leadership is pressing hard to move forward.. I don't think anyone questions that... But they do have glaring voids of knowledge that need to be filled and by reading the emails that Bruce has posted... I think we all can see that. What disappoints me is their inability to solution this. Amir in some of those emails gave me the impression of throwing his hands up in the air and saying we don't know what else to do and then got defensive about all the work they are doing. I'm sorry but I've fired many people for that mentality. The answer is always yes, the opportunity is how. Someone who is confident in their steps forward and has a plan never has a reason to be defensive. I get it they are working hard... no doubt or question in my mind. But they are obviously missing a skill set and if they would clean their ears out they might hear what many shareholders have been trying to tell them... We believe in you..we want to have confidence in you... but protect us a little as we don't feel you have been as transparent and honest as what you should have been. (Perhaps with the new board of directors they have)
Just to be clear I believe in OWCP, the product, and that they are subject matter experts in the field of MMJ. I am not foolish enough though to say they are perfect in every single way and their is nothing more they can do. I think many including Bruce have been trying to lead them to a source of honesty that will shut us all up... but as the saying goes.. you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. Doesn't mean OWCP won't be successful but as Apple does... the best way to figure out what will make some of the biggest difference is to listen to your customers concerns and let them know they are heard.
