Since the announcement (via PR on Mar. 7, 2017) of the agreement to acquire the property from L and H Resort Systems (I believe a Lily Li company), we have not been told anything, It is possible that the agreement required certain improvements be made prior to the close. However, the contents of the agreement remain undisclosed.
