You have been inaccurate and deceptive about raising 5 million dollars and you are telling investors that have waited for years that they can expect only .20 and a bad apple Director will sell shareholders out while getting a cushy job with firm that buys DECN.
Yes, that's my opinion. And how have I been deceptive? Please explain.
That firm will keep the J&J proceeds. I think the amount of the lawsuit is another scam, as is company claims of settling for 30 to 90 million dollars.
Yes, that firm, whoever they are or may be, will keep the proceeds because they would own the company. They would be their proceeds. And regardless, none of the proceeds would be YOUR proceeds. You would have taken the $0.20 per share. I might have underestimated you, I figured you to be a $0.25 per share guy.
That firm, whoever they are or may be, would call that "buying the target with their own money." That's how M&A works hoss.
KB and I have history, and it is clear what will happen here. KB has a long history of pump and dumps. 45 million dollars of discounted shares have been issued.
