the u.k. hasnt had an operational carrier for sometime (ask yourself why it came to this so soon after they were the worlds pre-eminent power), russias only carrier is barely operational, china only has the one old one refurbished from russia but has a new huge facility undercover to build multiple carriers at once
defence is necessary in a world of bad guys but how sad that the toddler human species has not matured comparable to its weapons
