The company had been doing land contract sales with prior properties so no guarantee that they are receiving net sales price in full for the properties. Will have to wait for filing like you said to see what happened and hopefully there is a "subsequent events" paragraph in the filing since those sales likely happened after the end of the 6/30/17 quarter.
