In point of fact, executive orders do not have the weight of law behind them. This would completely violate the constitution and the checks and balances.
Congresd has supreme power when it comes to the law (altgough they have allowed judges to usurp much ofbthat power).
Executive orders ate nothing more than guidance as to how the executive branch is to go about enforcing the law which congress has made.
Creating lae via executive power would be an act of tyranny, and would be an impeachable ofgense under the constitution.
I strongly suggest you take the hour it takes to read the cobstitution and fefamimiarize yourself with it, as it is the supreme law of the land, and you don't seem to understand it.
