Exercise in speculation.... What does a win get us
Post# of 11802
If you trade stocks for your own account and pray to the liquidity idol, I would say a win offers you nothing. You will still believe you are dead money in a stock. Smaller institutions that follow the in-vitro industry will think otherwise. And people will write articles again and perhaps come up with a new moniker now that David v. Goliath has been played out.
However, if they win again, or when they win again, it would mean that DECN has beaten J&J when J&J sued them, and as an encore DECN will have won when they sued J&J.
Companies in the industry with more money than DECN will take notice knowing that DECN products are not to be trifled with.
A win would get more money from J&J and will lead to a more profitable M&A process ... unless of course you are a follower of the tortured thoughts on iHub, where everything DECN does, everything its management accomplishes, is just another criminal action and they are all going to jail or will be banned from running public companies. Because nothing matters except the share price.
