Market Maker's ability to create 'synthetic shares'.What this enabled was
MM's to create shares out of thin air,in the name of 'Providing Market Liquidity'.
The God Mode in all of this for MM's in OTC/Pinks (lightly traded) is the fact their is
NO regulation or reporting of Short shares by MM's!!! In other words not even a
time restraint or size of reporting, closing of said shares by MM's.
To truly understand the day to day games, the Red Flag is when Blocks are
being available & bought on the'Ask with no 'Bid support @ the same time!!
This allows MM's to dump the price once the buying pressure subsides.
The latest example of this was the first trading day of UC results.
