For the record,
Naked shorting exists - I agree.
Government corruption exists - I agree.
Significant naked shorting in IPIX - I disagree.
Interpreting the short volume as short sales daily doesn't prove naked shorting exists, but the SEC's official failure-to-deliver data does disprove its existence IMHO. I'm a facts person, so please show me more convincing DATA instead of theories or stories.
