I believe you're right wrt OWCP's stock price tomorrow, but I believe you're wrong in terms of what our new appointment may bring to the table over the next months and year's.
OWCP is not being spurred to move in either direction by news, but lack of news is resulting in it drifting lower. This is news, but not the sort of news that dramatically changes the perception of the company's direction.
While I believe we're not far from meaningful news, I don't know if it will occur before the next quarterly should be issued.
I believe the company does monitor various internet sites and knows of investors frustrations, but the company also knows they simply cannot announce something when the time is not proper for such an announcement. I believe they could have provided more clarification of what's happening there, but they cannot do so just at any time. The appropriate time to discuss the status of trials, future planning, etc is in the quarterly or annual reviews, or should they appear at an investor's forum. Another possibility would be to announce and then hold a Science Day, where they discuss by webcast all that's happening with the company's products.
I've certainly been one who's called for webcasts to accompany quarterly releases. Perhaps with Dr. Hirsch's speaking skills, he'll become our spokesman at such presentations.
