It's a decent guess if they are the medical device manufacturer. One would have to think that some BP is willing to put down $200M upfront to get a 50-50 partnership on the B franchise. It's a very cheap buy in for what will probably be, at worst, a billion/year set of drugs. At best, it could be the next Humira. Sooner or later that up front will get high enough and Leo will be willing to strike a deal.
