Recently, Management has been presented business opportunities in these new sectors and is researching each opportunity and its potential strategic fit within the Halitron operating model. These companies could bring expertise and new strategies for growth and achieving a higher valuation, which are congruent with Halitron's objectives.
Halitron plans to begin its selection process and initiate due diligence on new targets during Q3 2017.
