Speaking with a family member over the weekend who is a high profile attorney...
Whats going on right now is what's called discovery.
Rule one.... you answers are yes and no and don't give anything you don't want them to know.
Reviewing the transcript and in my discussion it's obvious it was the right thing to do distant himself and remove himself as CEO.
Let's rewind back to the early part of 2016.
We were facing a possiblity of a R/S that was supposed to clear up NTEK toxic debt which at the time was part of a lawsuit that was negotiated and settled into a monthly payment arrangement. Mothly payments had commenced on a monthly bases until approximately mid 2016.
At the time this is when us SH were made aware of new management stepping in without any knowledge who they were. It was at this point where the arrange monthly payments had stopped.
Fast forward to January 2017, we were now made aware of who the management were back in 2016 and was made CEO. ... IG !!!
IG did state his involvement with NTEK back in 2016 and this is what opened up a can of worms !!!
So fast forward to June 2017, I'm sure he was served and that when he announced removing himself as CEO.
In my discussion this weekend we concluded this has nothing to do with IG trying to undermine DF or NTEK and taking over NTEK.
