First and foremost we do need clarification from the company about the status of our cream in Germany and elsewhere. So far all we've heard is a rumor from people who contacted Mediq stating the time to market will take 3 - 9 months. I'm actually ok with that, especially if the cream is to be sold as a drug and prescribed by physicians. But we need to hear these things FROM THE COMPANY, not from a message board. Their silence is deafening. We learned that the safety and efficacy studies will be published as per Dr. Rozenblatt in the latest video interview which is a plus. Now let's hear from the company about ANY progress being made for marketing the cream anywhere in the world. If there are further studies needed in Germany ok... LET US KNOW. This isn't a negative, it tells us we are serious about getting the cream into consumers/patients hands. They can tell us if they're in talks with someone (without giving any names) for a JV or partnership, perhaps giving us some timeline as to when a deal might transpire. It may be necessary in order to conduct further trials, we certainly don't have the money to go it alone IMO. Bottom line... the company needs to communicate with shareholders about their status as well as their plans. Do we have a plan B in case we can't land a partner or JV? Do they plan on marketing in Israel? Mediq is headquartered there.... I see no reason why we shouldn't be in the Israeli market but it's all guess work until we hear from the company. Even an update on when they think the IRB safety study will be completed would be helpful. And how about California? Huge market just waiting for a product like ours. Are we even trying to enter that market? I'm as frustrated as anyone but the potential here, assuming we've been told the truth, is astronomical from these levels.
I cannot understand anyone selling down here unless they know something we don't, unless they are insiders dumping shares that we don't know about, or more likely an entity such as a pharma company shorting the stock. We are competition after all. Hopefully, someone will see the value in bringing our cream to market and partner with us. Money talks.
