Point is that the whole thing is not suppose to effect the coming financing.
If that is the case I could care less if IG stands on his head nekid and sings ballads from "Fiddler on the Roof".
Eye on the prize, IG's activities are irrelevant at this point.....the financing will make everything about the lawsuit moot.
