I want a international company doing global business which uses the excuse of not speaking English well to use language that a 5th grader could understand the meaning behind. Yes. I want everything to be so clearly and well defined that there isn't a remote chance of misinterpreting or misrepresenting the meaning. As an international company communicating over many different languages and cultures I would think it is common sense 101 that clearly defining, and articulating the status, process, and timelines would be one of the top priorities of any PR for a company meeting these criteria.
If you want to play with the big boys you have to keep it simple like the big boys. This takes effort for individuals so immersed in it but it is a basic principle of marketing. Know your audience... and I can say there are many who trade OWCP who are not professional BioTech traders or in the field.
