Do not fall into the i hub trap... I hub is a p

I hub is a private company who has stringent rules (TOS/TOU) that you can view on their site.
The rules favor the dwellers of the dark side as companies, their officers, and those who are acknowledged public figures involved with the companies are all fair game.
Those who post negative chatter about the company are not fair game.
Anytime you include anything relating to the poster of the negative words, your post is considered "Off Topic" and subject to removal.
The game bashers play on i hub is one of distraction and baiting. The bashers will attempt to create a post that will garner protective responses from the pro-company supporters. Pumper Stumper and Alydyr are prime examples of the type of sociopaths who will lure you into their web... and then... have your post gleefully deleted. They live for this moment in their dismal lives.
When dealing with these miscreants, you have to be careful you do not attack them, just the subject matter they introduce into the fray.
This is the difficult aspect of posting on i hub.
The system is set up to protect the bashers and punish the defenders
ONLY WHEN YOU ATTACK THE BASHERS... NOT THE SUBJECT MATTER
Keep your responses to the bashers on the subject matter, and as difficult as it is, do not get personal in any way, shape of form.
I had a lengthy exchange of communication with i hub Admin last night.
This is what I came away with:
I hub Admin insists that

the posters mentioned were posting about other users, which is blatantly off-topic, and all three had terrible deletion ratios over varying periods of time.
There is apparently a
Quote:that i hub Admin monitors. This means that if your posts have a heavily weighed deletion ratio of deleted posts over regular posts, you are under the microscope.
dilution ratio history
I had no idea about this "dilution ratio" as moderators do not see the entire administration picture on their screens.
The final word from i hub Admin was:
Quote:
users who not want to have their posts and posting privileges removed or limited need only comply with the website rules. It is, quite frankly, as simple as that,

I hub is a private company. I hub has rules. If you want to use I hub, you have to follow their rules, no matter how ridiculous the rule.
KEEP YOUR COMMENTS TO THE SUBJECT MATTER AND KEEP COMMENTS ABOUT OTHERS USERS OUT OF THE "DISCUSSION
I, myself, have troubles from time to time following the above rule, so I know it is most difficult to adhere to when being baited by the sociopaths, but we have no other course of action to take. It is i hub's ball and if we want to play on their field, we have to follow their rules.
Many will clamor: But what about "the other guys"?
Check out how many posts with which they litter the board... the ratio favors them...
so post as many "good posts" as you can, and then, when your fingers become tangled in the web of deceit, they just may escape the moment of weakness.
