(Worldwide Food Services) (PINKSHEETS: WFSV) announced today that its Commodity Division in Mexico has signed a multi-level distribution Joint Venture Agreement to supply garbanzo beans (chick peas) and oregano to the Far East, the Middle East, and to Africa.
