You need to include the working capital and cost of reaching to that position w very limited resources. You need to include significantly higher share count,marketing expenses, decreased margins, etc. It is always a dilemma but there is execution risk as well. This being said, I don't think that this will go cheap to an ultimate buyer who would be a strategic imo.
