My comments:
I find it very hard to believe that Ivan had a failed understanding as to what he was getting into. That was bullshit.
Regarding Ivan's attitude: There is no effing way a lawsuit from an action 3-4 years from now would capture the new CEO. Not fing going to happen.
Also regarding Ivan's attitude: I will bet that after due consideration, NTEK did not value a corporate relationship with SWIG, like a merger, and that Ivan found himself on the outside looking in.
So Ivan had a real reason from his selfish point of view, to attack David personally. He had a score to settle.
This may be why David didn't want to make this bad attitude public.
Also - we always knew that Ivan was not fronting operating money - I remember that from before.
Also - as long as the 21 mil and the operating expenses are still being handled just as they were last month, then the stock issuances may still be for the exact purpose that we have thought them to be, which was acquisitions.
So I guess I am happy that this storm came up on a weekend where we had some time to consider this.
I'm not buying Ivan's bad attitude as fact.
