Does anyone have any information what's going on

Does anyone have any information what's going on with the judge and making a ruling? Seems to me this is taking a very long time for this to come through. The Sec is on board with hangover Joe and allowing them to go dark , i'm wondering why they are not pushing on the judge to finally make a ruling . Does anyone have any clue why this is dragging on so long besides the fact the judge is probably corrupt .
