I've recommended this stock to many people and I know some of them have been trading this stock for the past year.
Pre-revenue biotechs like IPIX are always moved by major catalysts. The stock nearly doubled last year in anticipation to P P2a result. After investors found out that P2b was the next step instead of a partnership, some sold with the intention to return prior to the P2b result. We also saw the stock went up by 50% in anticipation to B-UP result. I'm confident that we'll see a bigger run up prior to the K/P/B-OM result this December. If the manipulators are in control, they would never allow the stock to run up.
We all know the science is strong. Why would the manipulators risk losing millions of dollars if there's a partnership (assuming they need to cover)? If they never need to cover, they should have more money than Bill Gates. There are many sub-penny stocks with tiny volumes which are much easier to manipulate. Why not go after those?
