You have to realize that this is his point of view. He makes it sound like he had minimal communication with the company and that NTEK was a little luke warm with has involvment. It seems that his primary concern was Swig and it is interesting that the Paramount movies are now on Swig and not UF. Seems like he was able to negotiate a contract, bur not with UF. Seems a little unscrupulous to me. Sounded like NTEK was forthwith with there finances, the costs of streaming, possible insolvency etc. so he knew what he was getting into. For him to only want UF just shows that he was was only interested in the piece that would benefit Swig. I don't think he cared about NTE, his lack of communication to SH is proof of that. Under promise and over deliver, what a bunch of BS. I just hope that now NTEK has the ability and the funding to make a name because it has a good product, questionable management team, and brilliant creator.
