I understand the importance of providing info to shareholders during times of uncertainty. I don't want to make excuses for the lack of it. However, a decision was made by management to not disclose any info while they were in litigation and how it would effect what they were doing or the outcome of the case. I believe DF, JF, PF and others working in the company have a lot of sweat equity in trying to launch a successful product and working diligently toward that goal. The journey is over four years for many of us and we as well as they have everything to gain if they can execute. The reward will be amazing for years to come. This for NTEK is more than a just a never ending dream but a passion that has dominated their lives that drives them. I have pledge all my IRA funds and cash to their success based on previous and coming accomplished results. In the mean time all I ask for is the monthly SHL's for reassurance for my support is not in vain but appreciated with status and updates. Even if it is redundant like telling us financing is still pending or shareholder meeting being postponed till October.
