If you would spend some time reading the information I have posted here rather than just dismissing it you would learn a lot about abusive naked shorting which is criminal. The SEC asked FINRA to have all daily short volume reported to them after realizing how serious the problem was. Short sales were being marked and reported as long. UBSS, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs have all been fined millions of dollars for mismarking trades.

We can all agree that our markets are supposedly driven by supply and demand. I know lots of folks who are buying and none who are selling so who is supplying the shares we are buying and why has the price gone down steadily in spite of all the good trial results?

I will continue to post information here that if you took the time to read would help you understand why IPIX trades the way it does. We are fortunate to have savvy management and fantastic science which should overcome the criminals that are trying to destroy the company. Hope this helps. Go IPIX!!!

Just because you have a few friends who tell you they are not selling, you cannot jump to the conclusions you are jumping to.

I sold around 80% of my CTIX investment myself at various times after the Mako attack began. See how that in itself collapses the very premise behind your thesis? I did it because it was apparent to me that even though I was virtual certain that CTIX would win the lawsuit it was also apparent to me that the stock price was going to spiral downward while the situation slowly played out. Plus, I bought into the goofy possibility that perhaps "naked shorting" was playing a role in the stock price. Why fight a battle one cannot win I figured. I'll eventually own even more shares if I sell at $2 and buyback at $1, I said to myself ?

Congratulations to the individual peddling that "naked shorting" bs for contributing to CTIX's stock price demise as evidenced by my own personal reaction. Nice work! Congratulations!

If I ever start shorting a stock I swear I'm gonna post those finra #'s on their message board every single damn day. I'm also going to refuse to post the link to where they come from so it makes it appear like the "naked short boogie man" is only targeting that specific company. Guess where I got that idea?

As to where else the shares are coming from, we have both Aruda and Aspire who have a pretty good number of "free" shares that they could be selling, now don't we?

IPIX actually has to sell some stock to Aspire to pay for the trials, now don't they? Thank goodness Mr Ehrlich is frugal and runs them as cheaply as possible, but it still requires million of dollars and the only place the money can come from is Aspire(or a pipe).

The whole idea that Aspire is "holding " their IPIX shares as an investment is just wishful thinking.

All of you should venture over to the Liehub AVXL board and read about a half dozen or so of my latest posts that show explicitly how quickly these ELOC companies dispose of their shares.

Successful drug trials will make IPIX stock price skyrocket. Nothing else.

Perhaps you should take your own advice and read others posts without that naked shorting mantra buzzing around blocking everything else out.

Tell me again why you refuse to post the link along with your short volume #'s

20 IPIX shares says you won't directly answer this question but will neatly avoid answering it.

Hopeful as always though.
