Yes, it'll be nice to have the short interest updated daily. But if the SEC is trying to hide something, why would they ask FINRA to publish the short volume daily?
There's the theory of millions of naked IPIX shares are out there. Then the SEC said only 903 shares were failure-to-deliver as of June 15. I don't think the SEC is lying. Investors can decide whom to believe.
