I'm not trying to defend NTEK but gulas has its own company and it is a conflict of interest to be a CEO of NTEK a streaming company and his company which has the same market. Unless one of them acquire tge other then it just doesn't work that way. I agree with Alan or Disco Bob. If Gulas stated in his affidavit he does not have access to corporate financial of NTEK, then his statement about no funding is all his speculation.
