We don't really know how much notice will be given, due to the unprecidented to allow the company to go dark. (instead of being sent to the greys)
But, I would tend to think since the company is the only "Dark" OTC that communicates every day, that they will announce months prior. It only benefits the company to announce a plan, well in advance. They will probably start with a pr about filing, then it's game on!
Also, the sooner they release their intention, it means word will travel and mb's will light up with gossip. (that benefits us, as it will have Joe retail salivating to get in...) Pun intended...
If Shawn/Veal get creative, they can get the float manageable with a series A swap and buyback, then bury those turkeys. really bury them.....
