I bet your correct, that is why they need audits and a strong partner. Not sure if anyone would want all the baggage but certainly the technology is golden goose. These guys have no leadership and really never have, they would benefit with leadership from a viable company. Sounds like Ivan will be out of the picture, at least in the short term.
