I think that Ivan did what he did to separate himself from the situation. He might have even done it with consent.
Part of the deal was that he would not be dragged into current litigation.
Ivan was immediately attacked by Longside when they thought he was assuming the CEO role IMO.
Nice way to potentially sabotage things when the company is getting forward momentum.
I wonder if Longside has a short interest in the company ?
This is all speculative...who knows ?
