Performant Announces Passing of its Chief Financia

LIVERMORE, Calif., July 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Performant Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: PFMT ), a leading provider of technology-enabled recovery and related analytics services in the United States, today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Hakan Orvell, passed away on July 20, 2017.  Lisa Im, Chief Executive Officer and Ian Johnston, Chief Accounting Officer, have been handling Mr. Orvell's duties while he was on a medical leave of absence.
