BORDENTOWN, NJ, Nov 30, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (PINKSHEETS: WFSV) announced today that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with a manufacturing company in Mexico to produce, bottle, and distribute Wellness Juices. This "Joint Venture" could lead to an acquisition.
Worldwide Food Services, Inc. owes no suppliers or manufacturers; inventories held have all been paid-in-full.
