(Nasdaq: GNOM) ("Complete") announced today that they have received early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period from the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") regarding BGI's proposed acquisition of Complete pursuant to the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of September 15, 2012, among BGI, Beta Acquisition Corporation and Complete.
