I believe you are correct. Both the volume and the static nature of the pps confirms to me that a bulk of the loading in advance of any announcements on the 9 catalysts has been done. I further suspect that most all of the loading has been by saavy traders that have no intention of 1 tick flipping. At this juncture, the only real way new interested investors can build a substantial position is by careful, calculated, multiple slaps on the ask so as not to push the ask up ahead of achieving their goal. Many here hold millions of "free shares" and I don't see any of those coming to play below .002.
