The Jim Fitzpatrick caper caught my eye early in my read of the 8k describing the situation. The law firm had to be aware of his shenanigans, as they were dealing (or supposed to) with Kodiak in the negotiations. Another question comes to mind- why was OWC directly involved in the decision to sell the note to Nations, not the law firm? The law firm was involved in some capacity up til then, and suddenly they disappear, leaving OWC alone to make the most critical decision in the whole case?
