Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 9:5) Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma has notified that, as from 20 July 2017, Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma's holding in shares of Sponda Plc has fallen below 5%, and the current holding of Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma in Sponda Plc's shares is 0%.
