thats dishonest- as i told you this is the legislative intent passed by congress-the congressional version w the same references to God is on the same page an anybody could see.
The rules by which men carry out that LEGISLATIVE INTENTdo not have to read like a theology textbook because the legislative intent behind those rules and which informs those rules has ALREADY been ESTABLISHED.

the secular humanist head of the county bar where i lived agreed w this assessment of the legal system in our discussions even though he was a byproduct of that demonic legal teaching.
