Updating the public information available on the Brand Entertain acquisition, the company has issued a statement saying that, "The attorneys are now documenting the Share Purchase Agreement between RTG and Brand Entertain. The terms will be available shortly, generally following the same approach as the acquisition of Stylar Limited a/k/a Digital Clarity. The agreement will be filed as an 8-K. Linda Perry is heading to LA for final draft review scheduled for Friday, May 25.
