I suspect that even the investors who don't believe PTOI is a scam, at least see that PTOI has a number of scam-like qualities. Accounting fraud, misrepresentation, out of the blue telling investors the processor hasn't run for six months because it was broken, a constant stream of deals which sound oh-so-promising but then invariably vanish for no apparent reason, etc..., etc....
