The Best Way to Lose Money (TBWLM):
If youre new to investing, and buying any old stock hoping for riches and fame, but find yourself selling days later because youre not rich 'yet'.. youre doing it wrong.
Start with $10,000.. sell at a loss @ $5000..reinvest sell at a loss @ $2000... reinvest.. sell at a loss @ $500.. reinvest sell at a loss @ $50.. end up broke.
im telling ya.. the majority of investors will NEVER make a profit simply because they think investing is as easy as throwing money into any old stock, sitting back, and watching the yachts, cars, and houses roll in.
The market is ruthless. It doesnt care about you, me, our families, or our debt issues.
No names released, but someone last week in another website apparently invested $500 in a .0002 stock and asked, "How do I find SEC filings and what exactly is an SEC?"
Are you kidding me? It would be less painful to throw his money away. If you arent learning HOW to invest... how do you expect to make money?
