I agree with Benster. Those who know me, know my

I feel It is inappropriate to make assumptions and jump to conclusions. We should not be putting 30, 60, 90 day expectation the process we are going though. I know for a fact several USGlobal board members, several attorneys and consultants are working simultaneously on many things. Some of those are completing the work for incorporating, compiling the required reports to get us current with the SEC and getting the appropriate documentation together for our name and ticker symbol change.
Then there are the considerations to purchase Songbird Airways. Again, several attorneys and USGlobal Airways board members are working to ensure a proper and smooth transition. Existing Songbird flight contracts, business obligations, current employees along with their pay and benefits programs all need to be detailed out to understand how to best transition to USGlobal.
A lease agreement was signed with a delivery date "around" July 30th and "that's very flexible" is what was stated at the special shares holders meeting. Yes, the 8k does say "no later than July 30th" but personally, and to Bensters point, I feel we have many other more pressing items to put inline before taking delivery of a jet that we can't yet use. Even with a the name change, a certificate, a jet or two or three, we still need the business infrastructure to support online ticket sales, ticket counters at Stewart and other airports we'll be flying to and from. We'll also need staffing and support for all of that. While flight time in the jet is critical, it would probably sit more that be flown at this point in time.
I'm certain we will continue to see 8-k updates as these items come together. Personally, I don't care about PR's. They are fluff for the press and general public. 8-k's provide all the appropriate details for investors. That's all I need, but I respect others like PR's. With Tony's wall street background, I think he's more likely to provide us information through SEC filings.
So, hang in there everyone. Try to let go of the timeline expectations and give some thought to the HUGE undertaking this is and the TON of pieces that need to come together. I think everyone here knows it is going to happen and I for one am certain that this GREAT Company will come together and it will be very soon.
Thank you Tony, board members, attorneys, consultants, Kalitta Air, Songbird Airways and Stewart International Airport for all your hard work!!!
Regards and best wishes to everyone,
StanleyK
