Looks like a reference to first half of fiscal year or first half of 2017?
Could QMC already be supply BOE?
I've searched throughout the 8K filing regulations and don't see anything that requires them to announce sales. I still believe they may have sales before we know it and we'll be waiting on film the manufacturer or OEM to announce a product (or see sales in financial report, 10Q or 10K first).
I think QMC management would love to announce their first major orders, but they will likely be under a non-disclosure agreement until their buyer decides to go public with a new display.
Correct me if I'm wrong on the SEC filing requirements for 8K.
