I do remember a while back when DECN was in litigation with Lifescan, there was word that if at the time Genstrip entered the market it would take away approximately $175MIL in annual sales from Lifescan. I'm not sure who supposedly stated that but looking ahead with this supposed M&A transaction, one aspect in finding a value of the company could possibly be from potential future sales. If one product, Genstrip, now Genultimate could potentially make approximately $175Mil in sales, what kind of sales would Gensure, GenChoice, GenPrecis generate? Could each of these generate $175MIL in sales? could they do more? If each product could generate $175MIL in annual sales that would equate to 700MIL a year. Could this scenario be realistic? I think DECN needs to be evaluated to find its true value. IMO.
It will be interesting to see what comes our way. I'm really hoping for a 3rd party evaluation to find the true value potential of DECN.
AMHO.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
